Beverley Boon
Beverley BoonDIP PT
With a wealth of experience working with a wide range of clients, Beverley is passionate about fitness and dedicated to achieving the very best results for her clients.

Beverley is a Personal Trainer and a NWUK Nordic Walking Instructor, as well as being a qualified teacher. She is also registered with the Institute for Learners, is on the Register of Exercise Professionals, and holds an Outdoor Activity First Aid Certificate.

As well as being highly qualified, Beverley’s personal passion for fitness and the outdoors is clear. Some of her many achievements include climbing Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike, and the Cullen Mountains, as well as countless fells in Cumbria. She also regularly takes part in long distance walking around Surrey and the Chiltern Hills.

Having worked alongside a whole host of clients, from those who are looking for a challenging fitness programme to those with very specific fitness needs, whatever your goals, Beverley will help you to achieve them.

Bringing together a range of different training techniques, Charlotte is well known for delivering classes with a fun, upbeat vibe.

Charlotte is a Level 3 Personal Trainer specialising in Circuit Training, Family Fitness, and Aerobics.

If you’re trying to get ready for summer and looking for the ultimate fat burn and toning workout, why not join one of her outdoor Circuit Training classes in Bushy Park? Offering a mixture of cardio and muscle resistance work, these classes are open to all levels from beginners to those that are a little more advanced.

Alternatively, you might like to try one of Charlotte’s Dynamic Nordic classes – perfect for targeting those problem areas!

Katie is a Nordic Walking leader trained by Nordic Walking UK, she has two children, one at school, aged 8 and another aged 9 months. Katie realises the benefits Nordic Walking brings as she is a stay at home mum and really enjoys Nordic walking with her baby whilst exercising with other mums.
