- What do I need to bring?

- What should I wear?
As with any form of exercise or outdoor activity, make sure that you wear comfortable and weather appropriate clothing. If it’s cold, that means plenty of layers, a hat and some warm gloves. In the summer make sure you have a rucksack with a bottle of water, sunscreen, and a sun hat. - Do I need specialist footwear?
Make sure that your footwear is comfortable, durable, and appropriate – waterproof trainers or comfortable walking boots are advisable. We would recommend Nordic Walking brands such as Salomon, Teva, Asics and Merrell.
