  • What do I need to bring?
All you need is energy and enthusiasm! We supply your Nordic Walking poles for each session.

If you decide to buy your own poles, we offer advice on the best brands to buy. Check out our online shop for more.

  • What should I wear?
As with any form of exercise or outdoor activity, make sure that you wear comfortable and weather appropriate clothing. If it’s cold, that means plenty of layers, a hat and some warm gloves. In the summer make sure you have a rucksack with a bottle of water, sunscreen, and a sun hat.
  • Do I need specialist footwear?
Make sure that your footwear is comfortable, durable, and appropriate – waterproof trainers or comfortable walking boots are advisable. We would recommend Nordic Walking brands such as Salomon, Teva, Asics and Merrell.
